Shows correct pre-insertion relative position of terminal and housing
...sliding terminal into housing.

Double-checking...

Again…… Tongue Top, Red Right

(just in case you missed it before!!!)

Step 7:  Slide the tongue along the top side of the housing.  You may have to "jiggle" the connector in order to get it to fit properly - this is normal.  Make sure you hear the connector "snap" into place.

Left black tterminal NOT inserted all the way: Right red terminal IS "clicked" home.

There is something terribly wrong in this picture!

The negative lead doesn't have the contact pushed all the way through properly.  That is how the housing looks without the contact fully and properly "clicked" into place.   The right Powerpole shows the contact in the right position.

Sliding the red-black housings togetther, using dovetail feature.

Step 8:  With both contacts in place (you heard the

"click" both times, right?), you can slide them together.

They naturally "lock" like a "dovetail" joint

in woodworking or furniture.

You're all done!
